Due to Hygiene and Safety Reasons:

  • No Returns or Exchanges: As our products are cosmetics and personal care items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened or used. This policy ensures the safety and hygiene of our products for all customers.

    No Refunds for Opened or Used Products:

    • Refund Eligibility: We do not offer refunds for products that have been opened or used. We only issue refunds for products that are defective or if there has been a mistake with your order.
    • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the issue, including photos if possible.

Refund Process for Defective or Incorrect Items:

  2. Review: We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Replacement or Refund: If the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly sent, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and stock availability. Refund will be initiated in 4-5 business days.

4. Policy Updates

Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery in case of damaged, incorrect or incomplete order is delivered. It can be done by writing to the support team at contact.lostscents@gmail.com

We would require the photos of the invoice & product(s) to further process such cases.

We will not charge for replacements if wrong products (incomplete sets/ incorrect style/wrong/damaged products) are received by the customer.

An unboxing video is MANDATORY for any order-related complaints.
