1. Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered, except in cases where the item is damaged during transit or the wrong product has been sent.

Damaged/Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Requirement: To claim a return or exchange for a damaged product, an unboxing video is mandatory. This helps us verify the issue with our courier partners.
2. Refunds

Process: Once your request is received and inspected (based on your unboxing video and photos), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Cancellations

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please email us at lostscents.lsd@gmail.com or call us at +91-9810485794 immediately.

After Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If a prepaid order is refused at the time of delivery, shipping and RTO charges will be deducted from the refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Products that have been opened, sprayed, or used.

Any item not in its original packaging.

Items purchased during a "Clearance Sale" or "Flash Sale."
