All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Standard Shipping: We offer delivery across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping: We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD may be available for select pin codes with a nominal convenience fee, which will be shown at the time of checkout.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.

Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather, strikes, or festive season rushes.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this category, we will contact you to request an alternative physical address.
6. Damages & Issues
Lost Scents D’Amour is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the damage is caused by the carrier. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at lostscents.lsd@gmail.com with an unboxing video and photos of the damaged packaging. We will investigate the matter with the courier partner and provide a resolution.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
We are not responsible for orders that are undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. In case of a re-shipment, additional shipping charges will be applicable.
